'No Oven Sylvanas | How to make Sylvanas (Silvanas recipe)  Wafer ingredients:(Meringue)  5 egg whites 1 tsp white vinegar 1/2 cup all purpose flour 3/4 cup white sugar 1 cup unsalted cahsew nuts, ground  Buttercream ingredients:  5 egg yolks 1 cup unsalted butter/margarine(softened) 1/2 cup white sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract  Coating:  8 pcs. mamon, crumbs  Buttercream procedure:  1) Combine egg yolks and white sugar. Mix well 2) Bain Marie method: Heat egg yolk-sugar mixture over simmering water. 3) Stir constantly until sugar dissolves 4) Turn the heat off and cool completely 5) Gradually add butter and beat on high speed 6) Add vanilla extract and mix well. Set aside  Wafer procedure:  1) Combine cashew nuts and all purpose flour. Mix well and set aside 2) Preheat big pot/cauldron over high heat for 10-15 min. 3) Beat egg whites until foamy 4) Add white vinegar and beat until soft peaks form 5) Gradually add white sugar and beat until stiff peaks form 6) Fold cashew nuts-flour mixture a tbsp at a time 7) Transfer meringue into a pastry bag 8) Pipe the meringue onto the parchment with pattern 9) Smooth ot the top 10)Cover and cook for 30-45 min. over med. heat 11)Cool wafer completely 12)Gently remove wafer from the prachment paper  Assemble:  1) Spread some buttercream on a wafer 2) Sandwich it with another wafer 3) Add buttercream on sides and the flat sides of the sandwich 4) Coat with mamon crumbs 5) Chill or freeze before serving  Visit our website http://kusinachef.blogspot.com/ Like our FB page  https://www.facebook.com/kusinachef2 Subcribe on our youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/kusinachef Follow us on instagram https://instagram.com/kusinachef/ Follow us on twitter https://twitter.com/kusinachef1'
